Activities on our Farm

HoneyOn the seventy-acre organic farm, our guests can take full advantage of seeing our impressive array of rare and unusual flora and fauna, and full selection of indigenous trees. Then receive the opportunity to learn about all of these, how the use of alternative energy benefits the farm with its Geo-Thermal heating system and windmill. Guests can take full advantage of seeing our animals close up, whilst walking around the farm by the banks of the river Clarin.

The River Clarin

River ClarinThe tranquil river Clarin runs right through our farm offering our guests and visitors a unique chance to experience harmony with nature unmatched elsewhere. You can walk along its banks and experience the fresh air that will lift your spirit and soul. River has some fish.

We have well maintained Trout fish pond on our farm, where you can enjoy on-farm Angling/Fishing.

The Lime KilnLime Kiln

A working Lime Kiln, which is recently restored and refurbished to its original glory is also a unique feature on our estate and provides our visitors opportunity to witness Irish history.

The Ring Fort

Caheroyan House and Farm also have a Ring Fort on the estate which is part of our historical past and heritage.
